Shipping costs and methods

Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?

Please allow AlKhemi Pure 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times. 

**Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

How will my order ship?

By default, shipping will be fulfilled using USPS for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders may have the option for FedEx Ground. Tracking will be automatically included for all qualifying* orders.

Customs & Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. AlKhemi Pure s is bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. AlKhemi Pure will not be able to declare a lower value.

ALKhemi Pure provides high-quality nanoparticle metal colloids. Our products are sold for use as dietary supplements to aid in promoting health and well being. Alkhemi Pure products created via collaboration with the scientists at the CSL, Inc.

 Our affiliation with CSL means that we have available a state-of-art colloid laboratory and a scientific staff whose experience spans more than a half a century.

Return Policy

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. AlKhemi Pure must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
